Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, termination, labor contracts, and daily attendance for local staff;
- Collaborate with local agencies to ensure payroll aligns with Brazilian labor laws (CLT);
- Source resumes, screen candidates, and arrange interviews based on business needs;
- Facilitate daily communication between Chinese management and local Brazilian teams;
- Translate and adapt global HQ policies into local language and practices;
- Organize cross-cultural team activities to boost morale and reduce cultural gaps.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business Administration, or Language studies preferred);
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English Advanced;
- Practical foundation in HR operations and basic knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT);
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural empathy, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
