📅 Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

📅 Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Southern Health Partners is looking for a Full Time LPN to join the healthcare team at Jefferson County Jail. This unique schedule offers a consistent rotation while giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.

You'll work alongside a dedicated medical team to provide quality care to patients while maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment.

What You'll Do

Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the correctional facility
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
Respond to medical needs and emergencies
Communicate with healthcare providers and the medical team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote a safe and therapeutic healthcare environment

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
