The Role

As our Area General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for four Hilton‑branded hotels in the Austin/Round Rock and Austin NW markets, including Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn properties.

You will guide on‑property General Managers, ensure brand excellence, drive financial performance, and build a culture of accountability, engagement, and results across all locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the overall operations, performance, and culture of all assigned hotels
Lead, coach, and support on‑property General Managers and leadership teams
Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and brand compliance across all properties
Own multi‑property financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, and profitability initiatives
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and Hilton brand requirements
Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
Monitor labor management, productivity, and cost controls across all hotels
Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership training
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, corporate partners, and hotel leadership
Provide hands‑on support during ramp‑ups, challenges, and high‑impact periods

QualificationsWhat Makes You You

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Area Manager, or multi‑property leader
Strong background managing branded hotel operations, preferably Hilton (Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn)
Demonstrated success driving financial performance across multiple properties
Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and trust
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on leadership approach
Strong understanding of revenue management, labor optimization, and guest experience metrics
Highly organized and comfortable balancing priorities across multiple locations
Professional communicator with ownership‑level presence
