Dispensary Inventory Manager

• The Garden is seeking a strategic, hands-on Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations
• within one of Ohio's premier cannabis retail organizations. This role oversees the complete
• inventory lifecycle while developing people, driving operational excellence, and ensuring
• compliance with Ohio regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, intake, vault, fulfillment, transfers, recalls, quarantine and destruction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of .
• Ensure 100% METRC and Dutchie accuracy.
• Conduct daily verifications, weekly cycle counts, and monthly audits.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and coach Inventory Specialists through regular feedback and performance

management.

• Partner with Retail, Compliance, Purchasing, Security, Finance, IT, Marketing and vendors.
• Analyze inventory turns, shrink, forecasting, aging inventory and category performance.
• Support RFID initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required

• 3–5 years inventory, supply chain, logistics or retail operations experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• METRC or seed-to-sale software experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred

• Cannabis leadership experience.
• Power BI, RFID, Lean or Six Sigma experience.
