About The Role

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of credit applications and related documentation. You will work closely with our customer care team to provide support and resolve any queries or issues related to credit processing. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Process credit applications and perform thorough credit assessments.
Review and verify customer documentation and information.
Communicate with customers to clarify and obtain additional information as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor and analyze credit trends and patterns to identify potential risks.
Prepare and generate reports on credit processing activities and performance.
Assist in implementing process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
Provide training and support to junior team members as required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial services and credit assessment methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office and credit processing software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
