About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting and Inventory planning
- Collaborate with wholesale team to develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market intelligence and customer insights.
- Propose monthly order placement and forecast for individual wholesale partners.
- Maintain and regularly adjust wholesale inventory reserves to optimize order fulfilment rates
- Monitor forecast performance, track accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions to build model reliability.
- Continuously refine forecasting workflows, models and system to increase operational efficiency, data accuracy and responsiveness to market shifts.
- Order management
- Monitor order fulfilment for wholesale customers to ensure on-time delivery and proactively flag major shipment delays.
- Create, manage, and maintain accurate sales orders and forecasts within systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with commercial targets.
- Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, executive ‑ ready reporting to support decision ‑ making across wholesale and supply chain functions.
- Seasonal Buy
- Collaborate with wholesale team twice a year on seasonal buy to maximize sell-in opportunities.
- Balance launch order investments with strategic stock buffers to sustain inventory availability throughout the selling season.
- Reporting
- Develop and maintain regular performance reports covering sales, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, stock-outs, and low-in-stock alerts.
- Analyze supply chain and sales data to identify potential inventory risks and commercial opportunities.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready insights and updates to support cross-functional decision-making across wholesale, merchandising, and supply chain functions.
- Cross Functional Support and Ad hoc projects
- Support cross‑functional initiatives and special projects as required, contributing demand planning expertise and operational insights as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory allocation, or supply chain within the retail or wholesale business.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.
- Detail ‑ oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing forecasts, reports, and inventory data.
- Competent in fast ‑ paced environments, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
