Lead in Domestic & international litigation : Engaging lawyers, Preparation of case brief & Monitoring developments & MIS

Participating in Arbitrations in Indian & international jurisdictions : Leading the dispute resolution, Following the process in arbitration, Implementation/defending the award & Appeal where needed to secure interests

Document preparation relating to financing transactions in domestic & international domains : Develop standard templates for financing,, Examine hypothecation/mortgage deeds & Execution of POA and chain of documents related to activity with secretarial assistance

Examining the contracts/ contractual provisions & conditions : Give inputs on various types of contracts & Modifying the clauses as tailor made to job

Advisory on matters of concern : Advising the groups and teams on tax, labour and other related queries time to time

Dispute settlement participation in contractual discussions : Giving a roadmap of dispute to stand at law & Suggest the best alternatives to guide from the front
