About The Role
Assist the Aftersales Director and the Aftersales team in the following areas
- Support general Aftersales projects and strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Create, verify, and further develop Aftersales reports for internal and external use
- Monitor Aftersales quality processes and key performance indicators
- Handle and coordinate operational inquiries from Porsche importers
- Support cross-functional coordination with departments such as Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Requirements
- Study in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
- Team-oriented working attitude and good intercultural understanding
- Past internship experience preferred
