Principal Engineer - Electrical 2nd Shift

Department 476 Waterfront Engineering at Quonset Point is seeking highly motivated Principal level candidates to provide technical leadership for second shift structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical construction activities for VIRGINIA and COLUMBIA Class. The department’s main goal is to provide timely, high quality technical leadership for all manufacturing activities at the Quonset Point facility. D476 is responsible for the resolution of design issues, troubleshooting construction problems, technical support for manufacturing operations, verification and certification of as-built dimensions and configurations, and implementation of process improvements.
