WE ARE HIRING: QS ENGINEER

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our growing team!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• With experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in construction methods and project costing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Can work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimates
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
• Manage contracts and documentation
• Manages all costs relating to construction projects from initial calculations to final figures, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
