Maintenance Manager

• Receive company EHS - related training ; R eceive E HS t raining f rom g overnment d epartments a nd g roups, a nd r ecord a nd f ile.
• S trictly c omply w ith f actory s afety, e nvironmental p rotection, o ccupational h ealth, a nd s ecurity regulations; C omply w ith t he c ompany' s E mployee C ode of C onduct.
• I f safety a nd e nvironmental a ccidents o ccur w ithin t he f actory, s uch a s i njuries, c hemical l eaks, chemical r eactions, f ires, e tc. , this p osition m ust o rganize p ersonnel f or o n- s ite e mergency r esponse a ccording t o the e mergency p lan.
• F ormulate p rocedures f or e mergency r epairs, i mplement r esponsibilities a nd s ystems, a nd g uide, o rganize, a nd s upervise o n- s ite e mergency r epair w ork.
• M aintenance D epartment: Division of responsibilities a mong m echanical, e lectrical, and i nstrumentation p rofessionals, a long w ith p rofessional g uidance a nd E HS m anagement.
• F ormulate m aintenance p lans f or e quipment a nd f acilities, a nd o rganize t heir i mplementation a nd s upervision.
• D uring r outine i nspections, when e quipment o r f acility i ssues a re f ound, g uide relevant p ersonnel t o h andle t hem p romptly a nd resolve t hem f undamentally.
• F or e quipment a nd f acility f ailures o r h idden d angers, o rganize r elevant p ersonnel t o c onduct r oot c ause a nalysis a nd i mplement c orrective a nd p reventive m easures.
• L ead engineering r enovation a nd t echnical t ransformation projects w ithin t he f actory t o e nsure s afe, t imely, and h igh- q uality c ompletion a nd d elivery. C ompliance management of relevant l aws, r egulations, a nd r egulations e nsures that maintenance s ystems p ass government d epartments o r group a udits and i nspections.
• M aintenance w ork a nd E HS m anagement r elated t o e ngineering p rojects t o e nsure t he s afe e xecution a nd d elivery o f r elated w ork.
• C omprehensive m anagement o f maintenance a nd e ngineering c ontractors t o e nsure c ontractor E HS p erformance m eets standards.
• The Maintenance Department actively responds to the needs of other departments , maintaining polite , effective , and honest communication .

• 接受公司EHS相关培训；接受政府部门和集团的EHS培训并记录备案。
• 严格遵守工厂安全、环保、职业卫生、和安保的规章制度；遵守公司的《员工守则》。
• 工厂内发生安环事故事件，如 人员受伤、化学品泄漏、化学品反应、火灾等， 本岗位需要按照应急预案组织人员现场应急。
• 制订紧急维修相关程序，落实相关责任和制度，指导、组织、监管现场紧急维修工作。
• 维修部门 机、电、仪各专业人员职责分工、并给予专业指导和EHS 相关管理。
• 制订设备设施维护保养计划，并组织实施和监管。
• 日常巡检，发现设备设施问题时指导相关人员及时处理，并从根本上解决。
• 对于设备设施故障或隐患，组织相关人员进行根本原因分析，落实纠正预防措施。
• 主持工厂内的工程改造项目和技改项目，确保项目安全、及时、质量的完成并交付。
• 工程相关的法律法规、规定的符合性管理，确保维保体系通过政府部门或集团的审核和检查。
• 维修工作、工程项目相关EHS 管理，确保相关工作安全的进行和交付。
• 维保和工程承包商全面管理，确保承包商EHS 表现达标。
• 领导维修部积极响应其他部门的相关需求，保持礼貌、有效和诚实的沟通。
