Responsibilities
- Operational Duties
Conduct equipment inspections using the daily inspection format. Warm up the engine for 3 or 5 minutes before starting work. Ensure a permit from the Ministry of Manpower/Oil and Gas/Mining or a company-issued permit (SIMPER) is available to operate the equipment. Operate heavy equipment, assist in planning the loading/unloading of materials, and perform road maintenance safely and securely for the equipment and the environment in the PTSI/external project/work area. Notify the dispatcher to obtain a fuel refill ticket, attaching the HM/KM (Regional Vehicle Registration Certificate). Notify the dispatcher/Team Leader/Technical Support if any equipment is damaged and complete the Unit HM/KM (Regional Vehicle Registration Certificate). Ensure supporting equipment is in good condition and maintained.

Providing good service in road maintenance activities in accordance with customer expectations regarding quality and cost. Always ensuring work results meet targets and are of high quality. Demonstrating good behaviour and communication skills, as well as being professional as an OPERATOR COMPACTOR towards customers. Wearing a company uniform when working on or off PTSI premises. Comply with PTSI's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy Ensure that the heavy equipment to be used is safe for loading and unloading materials and/or road maintenance at the work site. Carry out loading and unloading of materials and/or road maintenance in accordance with SOPs. Protect the environment from contamination by oil, grease, or other hazardous materials while the equipment is operating. Actively participates in job hazard analysis and work method preparation with the Team Leader. 3. People and Development

- Reporting and Documentation
Submit inspection results from the Daily Inspection Form and report equipment damage to the Foreman. Report the relevant person's attendance to the Foreman daily. Inform the Foreman of all equipment activities from start to finish upon completion. Create a timesheet and submit it to the Foreman. 5. Continuous Improvement
