About The Role
The Global SG&A & Projects Business Controller provides Salomon leadership with a reliable, consolidated view of operating costs and steers financial monitoring of strategic transformation projects. The role partners directly with VP / Director-level sponsors of HQ functions and major programs. 
Main responsibilities
Global SG&A Consolidation & OPEX Control
- Own consolidated reporting of Salomon SG&A: actuals, budget and rolling forecasts by area including a link with the business drivers (people costs, marketing, IT, other SG&A)
- Develop and maintain standardized OPEX dashboards and KPI frameworks enabling leadership to monitor cost efficiency and build benchmarks between the different structures
- Identify and quantify risks and opportunities in cost evolution; communicate findings and recommendations proactively
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures across all contributing teams and guarantee reliability of analyses shared with business partners and management
CAPEX Monitoring
-   Coordinate total CAPEX tracking across Salomon, ensuring accurate reporting and forecast reliability
- Partner with the different departments as IT, Retail, DET or Sustainability teams on capital project planning and spend execution
Strategic Project Financial Oversight
- Act as dedicated financial controller for major transformation programs
- Support project sponsors with financial business cases, budget construction and in-year monitoring
- Maintain a consolidated view of project OPEX and CAPEX commitments vs. approved envelopes; flag deviations and support corrective action planning
Business Partnering & Financial Steering
- Act as dedicated financial controller for major transformation programs

- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Business School or equivalent
- English Fluent - C1 minimum
 
Professional Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Finance (controlling, FP&A, financial planning & analysis)
- Demonstrated track record in OPEX / SG&A controlling in a complex, multi-function environment
- Experience in project financial management or transformation program controlling is a strong plus
- Exposure to international / global scope preferred
- Exposure to listed compagny
Technical Skills 
- Proficiency in Office suite (advanced Excel), ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), BI/reporting tools
- Strong command of financial management, consolidation and database concepts
- Experience building reporting frameworks from scratch (dashboards, KPI definitions)
