Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

• Butchery Skills certification (added advantage)
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a butchery environment
• Extensive knowledge of meat cuts, food safety, and butchery techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service with a passion for delivering the highest-quality products
• Experience in managing inventory and reducing waste in the butchery

Competencies

• Skilled in cutting, manufacturing, and merchandising butchery products.
• Proficient in operating butchery equipment and applying safe work procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for Fresh products.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information, trends, and technologies.
• High energy levels, resilience, and a growth mindset.
• Good communication skills
