• Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band £26,696 - £28,988 pro rata (aligned with AFC)  + Island Allowance and generous enhancements

What we’re looking for:  

• Experience in a health or social care setting, ideally with palliative or end-of-life care 
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) 
• A kind, empathetic approach and excellent communication skills 
• Ability to support personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort needs 
• Willingness to work flexibly, including nights and weekends 
• Commitment to upholding dignity, respect, and patient choice
