IT Analyst - Kronos (AU MSP, Flexi)

• What are we looking for?

Skills Required

5 years application configuration experience in UKG Central- ideally with Retail Industry exposure

Timekeeping, Accruals, Advance Scheduling, Forecasting and Reporting

• Exposure to UKG WFM Pro (SaaS) highly desirable
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred.
• Experience working cross functionally.
• Broad and expert skills and knowledge relevant to the IT systems being supported e.g., Kronos, Payroll.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.- Ability to influence key stakeholders with a strong customer focus.

• Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of workforce management and HR processes is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• What will you do?

Incident Triage & Resolution

Kronos System Administration

• Autonomously manage day-to-day Kronos System Administration under minimum supervision ensuring system stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement IT changes in line with Officeworks strategic objectives.
• Configure Kronos modules (e.g., Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management) to align with organizational requirements.
• Manage Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for interface configurations (e.g., SF EC Payroll, Snowflake)
• Ensure Lights On support by incident management and maintenance requests.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.

Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for user inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

System Enhancements and Optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of Kronos system upgrades and improvements.

Data Management

• Manage and maintain Kronos data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Perform data imports, exports, and data transformations as needed.

Reporting and Analytics

• Develop and generate reports using Kronos reporting tools to support HR and operational decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Compliance and Security

Ensure that the Kronos system remains compliant with data privacy and security regulations.

Monitor and implement security best practices to safeguard workforce data.

Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between Kronos and other enterprise systems, such as HRIS and payroll systems.
