Job Description

As a member of our Off-Site Catering Team, you’ll bring exceptional food, service, and energy to events across the city - from elegant weddings and private dinners to high-profile corporate functions and brand activations. THE DAY TO DAY
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of event spaces
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring efficient service
- Deliver food and beverages to assigned tables as directed by the management team
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by clearing tableware and returning items to the clearing area
- Monitor and uphold food quality and presentation standards throughout service
- Adhere to all Oliver & Bonacini health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the event
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of serving or related hospitality experience (preferred); proven ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Valid Smart Serve Certification a requirement
High attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to life 30lbs
Successful candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel independently to and from off-site event locations in Toronto. (Locations outside of Toronto transportation is provided.)
Events may take place across the city and surrounding areas, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Full time and part time position available
Legally eligible to work in Canada
