Bartender (Morning Shift)

Gem Lake Hills Golf Course – White Bear Lake, MN

Gem Lake Hills Golf Course is hiring a Morning Bartender to join our team! We're looking for a friendly, reliable person who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fun golf course environment.

Schedule

• Morning shifts
• Must be available Monday–Sunday
• Minimum of 3 shifts per week
• Additional shifts may be available during leagues, tournaments, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Operate the POS system and handle payments
• Stock, clean, and maintain the bar area
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Open the bar each morning, including setup and daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
