Functional Consultant - D365 Finance

• UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics
• 365 based solutions. We are seeking an D365 Finance Consultant who has significant experience in
• implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. The job will be work from home but
• may require travel to the client site. This is a full-time position.

Job Description

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities

• (a) Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP (“D365”) project life
• cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• (b) Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully
• implement the ERP solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/
• Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project.
• (c) Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design
• documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
• (d) Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and
• Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• (e) Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
• (f) Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• (g) Perform testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the
• Regression suite automation test tool.
• (h) Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients.
• (i) Provide pre-go live and post go live support to clients.
• (j) Write 1-2 D365 functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

Qualifications

• (a) Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field
• (b) At least 3+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics

• (c) Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, Financial Reporting
• (d) Conversational skills in English language
