We have several exciting opportunities available within our Talent Acquisition team and would love to hear from experienced recruitment professionals who are passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers.

These roles are based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.

Volume Recruiter | 6-month secondment contract | Full-time | Immediate start

We're looking for an experienced and energetic end-to-end recruiter to join our fast-paced Volume Recruitment team. In this role, you'll primarily recruit Specialised Carers for our residential locations , playing a key part in helping us attract and hire quality talent.

Key responsibilities include: Resume screening and shortlist management ; c onducting phone interviews and candidate assessments ; c ompleting background and compliance checks ; offering candidates; contract administration ; b uilding strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers .

About you: Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within volume or temporary recruitment , c omfortable managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment , s trong communication and stakeholder engagement skills , Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply, provided you can commit to the full 6-month contract .

Talent Acquisition Advisor | Parental leave contract u ntil December 202 7 | Full-time | Commencing mid October 2026

Join our Dementia Support Australia portfolio and help recruit predominately Dementia Support Coaches and Consultants , who make a real difference in the lives of Australians living with dementia.

Key responsibilities include: Resume screening and shortlist management ; conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments ; completing background and compliance checks; offering candidates; contract administration; building strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.

About you: Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience , p roven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders , s trong end-to-end recruitment capability and a proactive approach , p assion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Resourcer | Part-time | 2 days per week | 6 -8 months TBC – November start

We're seeking an experienced recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition Advisors on an exciting project within the Dementia Support Australia portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement and excels at identifying quality talent.

Key responsibilities include: r eviewing and screening applications , c onducting candidate phone interviews , p roviding recruitment support across the project

About you: Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience , s trong candidate assessment and screening skills , a bility to work independently and manage priorities effectively and a p assion for delivering a positive candidate experience
