About The Role

We are seeking a Rodman to join our Survey team. This is an entry-level field position. Responsibilities include comprehension of basic civil survey field procedures. The Rodman will assist the survey crew with a variety of field tasks while gaining hands-on experience in civil survey procedures. This position works under the direct supervision of a Party Chief and collaborates closely with other crew members.

Essential Functions

Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles
Setting up and taking down equipment at worksite
Assist the Crew Chief or Senior Surveyor as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in extreme climate (during summer and winter)
Demonstrate reliability
Ability to work without repetitive instruction
