POSITION TITLE : SALES ASSOCIATE REPORTS TO : BUSINESS BANKING SALES TEAM LEAD DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : N/A UNIT/DEPARTMENT : SALES DIVISION/GROUP : BUSINESS BANKING SEGMENT JOB SUMMARY The Sales Associate will support the Team Lead and Sales Officers in delivering their assigned targets for loans and non-lending products. While supporting the team, this role needs to ensure internal process and regulatory requirements are adhered to, as well as maintain good working relationship with assigned Area and Branch colleagues, if any. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Execution – Supports Team Lead & Sales Officers to meet monthly targets while ensuring target portfolio quality is met. Sales Quality – Ensures application are properly executed as per internal process. This covers all governance related processes including AML checks and documentation matters. Campaign – Works with Sales Leaders to implement road shows, marketing programs or product campaigns with key partners to generate sales leads. People – Completes individually required training and competency activities. Participate in engagement and other related activities. Stakeholder Management – Timely engages key stakeholders to update them on new developments, new opportunities or to escalate issues in relevant business forums. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Work Experience : 1 - 4 Years Educational Attainment/ Required course (if applicable) : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting Required Certification/Professional License ( if applicable ): N/A Field of Specialization ( if applicable ): Banking and Finance, Sales Knowledge and Skills Requirement : Open to fresh graduates. Prior sales or branch banking experience an advantage.
