Job Description & Summary The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Lead – Treasury will be responsible for leading the Treasury workstream for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects. The role involves driving Fit-to-Standard workshops, designing SAP-aligned cash management, liquidity, banking, payment, and treasury risk solutions, configuring Treasury processes, supporting testing and migration, managing bank integrations, and ensuring successful delivery of treasury operations. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP Treasury expertise, hands-on S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills. * Job Position Level - Senior Manager | Skill - SAP Treasury Public Cloud | Competency - SAP | LOS - Advisory | Location - PAN India *Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for SAP Treasury processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Design scalable and standardized treasury solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and recommend SAP best-practice processes. Define future-state treasury operating models and transformation roadmaps. Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud architecture standards and clean-core strategy. Treasury & Risk Management Design and implement solutions covering: Cash Management Liquidity Management Bank Account Management (BAM) In-House Cash Payment Processing Treasury Operations Financial Risk Management Debt and Investment Management Cash Forecasting Treasury Reporting and Analytics Bank Communication Management Project Delivery Lead SAP Treasury workstreams in large-scale S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. Prepare solution blueprints, business process flows, configuration designs, and functional specifications. Drive system configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities. Support: ü System Integration Testing (SIT) ü User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ü Cutover Planning ü Go-Live Support Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout project lifecycles. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and business leadership teams. Facilitate workshops with finance and treasury stakeholders. Present solution architecture, transformation roadmaps, and business cases to senior management. Drive process standardization and adoption across global business units. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking teams. Solves complex problems with creative solutions / proposals Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities *Required Skills and Qualifications: Preferred Skill Sets: · SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification. · Experience with SAP Activate methodology. · Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM for project tracking, test management, requirements, and deployment activities. · Experience with SAP Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Treasury and Risk Management, and related Public Cloud scope items. · Knowledge of payment formats such as ISO 20022, XML, SEPA, ACH, BACS, SWIFT MT/MX, and country-specific banking formats. · Experience with bank connectivity solutions such as SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity, SWIFT, host-to-host, SFTP, APIs, and payment service providers. · Understanding of hedge management, exposure management, market risk, credit risk, and financial instrument valuation. · Experience with bank statement formats such as MT940, BAI2, CAMT.053, CAMT.054, and lockbox where applicable. · Knowledge of treasury compliance, audit controls, segregation of duties, approvals, and payment fraud prevention. · Experience with integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs, SOAP/OData services, and event-based integrations. · Experience in global template design, rollout, or multi-country treasury implementations. · Exposure to SAP Advanced Financial Closing, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, or third-party treasury management systems is beneficial. Educational Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Treasury, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. · MBA Finance, CA, CPA, CFA, CTP, CMA, or treasury certification is preferred. · Typically, 8+ years of SAP Treasury / Finance experience, including at least 1–2 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. · Prior experience as a Solution Lead, Functional Lead, Treasury Lead, Workstream Lead, or Senior Treasury Consultant is highly desirable.
