What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Document repair recommendations and completed work.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Stay current with Subaru and LAD training and tools.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
• We prefer familiarity with Subaru dealership operations.
• ASE certifications are an advantage.
• Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Maintain high productivity while delivering quality flat-rate hours.
• A passion for quality work and a team-first attitude.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
