About the Role
As the Commercial Landscape Business Development Manager , you will partner closely with company leadership to strengthen existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities across the Boise market.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to builders, developers, contractors, and commercial property owners while helping drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new commercial landscaping opportunities
- Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads
- Expand company visibility and market presence throughout the Boise Metro Area
- Develop long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
- Build partnerships with:
- Tract Home Builders
- Real Estate Developers
- General Contractors
- Commercial Property Managers
- Municipalities
- Industry Partners
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to meet client needs
- Ensure seamless project handoffs from sales to production
Estimating & Sales Coordination
- Manage bid opportunities and proposal follow-up
- Track project pipelines and sales activity
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Support forecasting and pipeline management
- Coordinate closely with estimating and operations teams
Strategic Growth & Leadership
- Identify target accounts and market expansion opportunities
- Contribute to sales process improvements and growth initiatives
- Support leadership in achieving long-term business objectives
- Help strengthen the company's position within the commercial construction market

QualificationsRequired Experience
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Commercial Landscaping
- Construction
- Building Materials
- Property Services
- Site Development
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing client relationships
- Experience with relationship-based selling and long sales cycles
- Familiarity with bids, contracts, proposals, and project timelines
- Understanding of job costing, profit margins, and project profitability
Preferred Qualifications
- Established relationships within the Boise construction and development community
- Knowledge of commercial development processes and construction sequencing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field
