We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This unique, office-based role blends traditional administrative support with critical social media management and graphic design responsibilities.

*️⃣ Key Responsibilities

  • ☑️ Administrative/Financial Support: Provide essential support to the Payroll and Accounting departments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • ☑️ Content Management: Plan, schedule, and execute engaging content across multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • ☑️ Visual Design: Use design tools (Canva, Photoshop) to create visually compelling, brand-aligned graphics, posts, and marketing materials.

*️⃣ Qualifications

  • ☑️ Proven, solid experience as an Administrative Assistant with a demonstrable background in professional social media management.
  • ☑️ Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fundamental Bookkeeping practices.
  • ☑️ Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
  • ☑️ Prior experience managing and growing diverse social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) is required.
