Tasks Location: Hong Kong Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: HKD 6,000–7,000/month + 8% annual salary bonus Nationality: Local Hong Kong resident About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Elite Recruiter to join our Hong Kong team. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment or headhunting experience, excellent Chinese and English communication skills , and preferably an established network of client-side companies, hiring managers, or business accounts in the Hong Kong market. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, developing recruitment channels, maintaining client and candidate relationships, and supporting the company's growth in the local recruitment market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on the company's hiring and business needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support. Develop and manage multiple recruitment channels, including job platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and external recruitment resources. Develop and maintain a strong local recruitment network and talent pool. Leverage existing client-side relationships and business contacts to identify recruitment opportunities and potential hiring needs. Support the development and management of recruitment requirements from headhunting firms and corporate clients in the local market. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates. Track recruitment performance, analyze hiring data, and prepare regular recruitment reports. Support interview arrangements, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes. Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience. Requirements Local Hong Kong resident. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English . Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting experience. Experience working in a recruitment agency, headhunting firm, or well-known company is preferred. Strong understanding of the Hong Kong recruitment market and local talent landscape. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities. Able to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Willing to work on-site at the local Hong Kong office . Strongly Preferred Existing relationships with corporate clients, hiring managers, or HR decision-makers in Hong Kong. Existing client accounts or a proven network that can generate recruitment opportunities. Experience working with headhunting firms or recruitment agencies. Proven track record of successfully filling difficult or senior-level positions. Strong local professional network across multiple industries. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not only a strong recruiter but also has a well-established local network and understands how to identify hiring opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver qualified candidates. Candidates with existing relationships with client-side accounts and hiring companies will be highly preferred.
