What's the role

  • Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories – files motions and pleadings
  • Interview and prepare summaries of client and witness statements
  • Legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, articles, and judicial decisions

o Provides written analysis to attorneys

  • Prepare case files to include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other items
  • Assist with trial preparation
  • Have fun

Requirements

What’s needed for the role

  • 2-4 years of legal service experience under attorney supervision
  • At least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience
  • Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical , time management and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Hybrid role
