FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

• Soportar las actividades de Producción, en las actividades
• referidas a la preparación de alimentos fríos, calientes, pre
• alistamiento de materias primas, y en la limpieza y
• desinfección de las materias primas e insumos y sus equipos,
• desarrollando todas sus funciones dentro de unos criterios de
• calidad y productividad. Además cumplir con las normas
• estipuladas por la empresa, incluyendo las referentes a
• las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.

FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA

Bachiller académico

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS

Conocimiento en manipulación y preparación de alimentos, conservación de alimentos, normas de higiene y seguridad integral.

EXPERIENCIA

De 6 meses a 1 año en la preparación de alimentos y manejo de cocina
