In addition, they enter outsourced work as well as invoicing and shipping issues. Responsible for marking up the orders, checking MICR specs, reviewing all order information, entering and verifying outsourced orders via Autobatch and the custom outsourcing system. Other functions: Communicating with venders, other internal departments, completing logs/reports daily, faxing, assembling of orders, pricing, typing of quotes and entering holds in MINQ frequently. EDUCATION Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred Knowledge of paper types and inks also a bonus A complete knowledge of plant produced products and check-side products produced a plus EXPERIENCE Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong math and organizational skills Must be a team player and work well under pressure Demonstrate a proven ability to take on increased sales responsibility Demonstration of exceptional performance in the areas of: sales, production, account management, leadership and professionalism COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS Communicating with vendors and other internal departments Communicating with vendors and other internal departments

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20:00 DOE Applications will be accepted until the posted deadline September 23rd, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.
