About The Role

Manage and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with standards, including financial analysis. Oversee all financial transactions to ensure compliance, proper control, and risk mitigation. Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely tax reporting and payments. Monitor cash flow, including AP/AR, to maintain adequate operational and investment funding. Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the hospital's Budget/Forecast through to realization. Oversee procurement processes to support hospital operational needs. Provide direction to Department Heads and ensure effective execution of financial and operational strategies. Serve as a strategic partner to Directors/Divisions in reviewing business performance and budget planning. Coordinate with Network/Head Office teams on monthly reporting and data analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting (preferred). 4–5 years of relevant experience; 1–2 years in a similar role preferred Strong time management, project management, and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels. Brevet A/Tax Brevet certification is an advantage.
