Job Description
At Luxury Escapes, we are on a mission to deliver exceptional travel experiences by offering our customers the best deals on the world's most luxurious holidays. Our loyalty ecosystem: Société and LuxPlus+, plays a critical role in driving retention, repeat purchase behaviour, and customer lifetime value.
As the Partnership Manager - Loyalty, you will lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships that enhance the value proposition of Société and LuxPlus+ across multiple markets globally: AU, NZ, UK, US, SG and more.
You will build a scalable partnership ecosystem across travel, lifestyle, financial services, and adjacent categories that enhances our premium positioning while delivering strong commercial outcomes
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver the partnership strategy for Société and LuxPlus+, aligned with customer value and broader business priorities.
- Proactively source and secure high quality partners across travel, lifestyle, financial services, dining, retail, experiences and fintech.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners through targeted outreach and relationship development.
- Expand points earn opportunities across relevant categories to drive member acquisition, engagement and repeat usage.
- Establish compelling redemption partnerships that increase flexibility and perceived value for members.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle from prospecting and pitching through to financial modelling, negotiation, contracting and launch.
- Negotiate commercially balanced agreements that deliver strong member benefits while protecting margin and long term value.
- Work closely with CRM, Product, Technology, Marketing and Operations to integrate and activate partnerships effectively.
- Align partnership initiatives with LuxPlus+ subscription growth and Société premium tier engagement.
- Track partnership performance across points activity, engagement, revenue and retention, and refine the portfolio to maximise return.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in commercial partnerships, business development, loyalty, travel, fintech or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate new business through proactive outreach and pipeline development.
- Strong experience negotiating and structuring commercial agreements with external partners.
- Experience working with loyalty programs, subscription products or rewards ecosystems.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to assess partnership value and financial impact.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and influencing skills.
Desirable
- Experience within travel, hospitality, airline or premium e-commerce environments.
- Exposure to points based loyalty or earn and redemption ecosystems.
- Experience working across international markets or multi region partnerships.
- Understanding of loyalty program economics, including points liability and redemption dynamics.
