About The Role
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise integration solutions based on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The architect will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures, acting as the technical authority for a software factory delivering integration pipelines and APIs.
Mission
- Design enterprise integration architectures using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, API strategies, and data flows for new initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and negotiate functional and technical requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and development backlogs.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, and development guidelines for MuleSoft-based solutions.
- Coach and mentor MuleSoft developers, providing technical guidance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Review designs, code, APIs, and integration pipelines to ensure compliance with architecture standards and good practices.
- Assess quality, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability of delivered integrations.
- Support estimation, planning, prioritization, and technical risk management within the software factory.
- Document architectural decisions, integration patterns, and technical standards.
 
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime, API Manager, Design Center, Exchange, and Runtime Manager
- API-led connectivity, Experience API, Process API, and System API design
- REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, event-driven architecture, message-oriented middleware
- Data transformation, mapping, and enterprise application integration principles
- Solution architecture, enterprise integration patterns, API governance, architecture review processes
- Security-by-design, scalability, resilience, and technical risk assessment
- SDLC, CI/CD practices, code review, integration testing, performance validation
- Requirements negotiation, stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, and developer coaching
- Ability to clarify technical constraints and translate architecture aspects to the business stakeholders
