Senior Solution Analyst / IT Business Analyst - JD Working Location: HK – ETT office Experience: 3–8 years’ experience Strong business knowledge and technical background Documentation on Functional specifications and technical specifications Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle) Well communication with users and IT developers Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and other related frameworks for microservices development. Ensure adherence to best practices for software development, security, and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development landscape. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to team members. Identify and address team performance issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage project risks and dependencies. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
