About The Role

Your Role Assist engineers in the design, planning, implementation, maintenance and operation of outdoor mobile radio network infrastructure; Manage and coordinate mobile site rollout projects, including site implementation, equipment installation, integration and acceptance; Install, configure and commission radio and transmission equipment in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements; Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports, technical proposals, drawings, work procedures and related documentation; Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and landlords to ensure project delivery meets timeline, quality and safety requirements; Monitor site progress and support troubleshooting of network and site-related issues; Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and service availability; Participate in emergency restoration and ad hoc network deployment activities when required. To Succeed in the Role Associate Degree, Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines At least 3 years of experience in mobile cell site rollout, implementation, maintenance or telecommunications engineering projects Hands-on experience in telecom equipment installation, integration and commissioning Good knowledge of wireless network technologies, including LTE and 5G mobile networks Solid fieldwork experience in outdoor mobile site implementation and maintenance Experience in coordinating subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
