Our Renewable Energy segment leverages strong execution and development capabilities to power a cleaner future. Key Roles and Responsibilities Responsible to support financial functions for Renewables in Indonesia markets covering accounting, capital expenditure & cash management, treasury & tax management, insurance to meet operating & strategic business targets. Support the Finance Manager in finance, accounting, and tax operations. Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements. Perform recording of accounting journals and creating daily/weekly/monthly reports with reconciliations for account balances. Assist with tax computation and tax submissions (monthly and annual), including VAT and other local tax filings. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments. Execute bank transactions (deposits/payments) and perform timely bank reconciliations. Perform customer billing in accordance with the Company's SOP. Monitor accounts receivable, perform weekly aging review, and follow up on outstanding invoices. Ensure supporting documentation for all financial transactions and legal information is filed and maintained per company policy. Collaborate with project teams to track actual vs. budgeted expenses and revenue. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management. Support internal and external auditors during the annual audit process. Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency. Prepare quarterly LKPM reports through the OSS system and support timely submission under the review of the Finance Manager. Prepare Bank Indonesia reporting requirements, including KPPK and SIUL submissions, under the review of the Finance Manager. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related major At least 6-8 years related working experience in Finance or Accounting Good understanding of Tax compliance and reporting Familiarity with LKPM reporting requirements and Bank Indonesia regulatory reporting. Prior experience in SAP S4Hana (preferred) and Groups consolidation system is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word and Excel) Possession of a Brevet A/B tax certification would be an advantage. Prior experience in an external audit firm would be an advantage.
