About the job The Operations Trainer ignites the passion for continuous learning. We are experts in the processes, and we want to ensure that we transfer this knowledge to our new hires. We seek to understand the challenges and opportunities in the daily operations by conducting training needs analysis, as we believe that learning never stops. We are good in facilitating learning sessions and have fun as our middle name. We also create training materials that fit all learner types, appropriate for either face to face or online learning.
