About The Role

About the Job This position deals with solving application and system issues for different business units. It requires multiple strengths, including both knowledge of IT and business practices. What you will do Provide day-to-day application support to HC’s core applications, mobile applications, and other integrated systems. Monitor application performance and ensure availability and reliability. Follow established escalation procedures during application outages or high/ critical incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and implement improvements Participate in weekend on-call rotations to provide support outside regular business hours. Respond promptly to high/ critical support requests during on-call periods. Use SQL to investigate and troubleshoot application issues, root cause analysis and support data validation Create and optimize SQL queries from scratch to fulfill business and IT requirements. Assist in data extraction and reporting tasks as needed. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge-based pages Serve as primary point of contact (POC) for at least one supported application. Develop deep expertise in the assigned application to provide advanced support and guidance .
