About The Role

The conflict in Syria and many other countries without a resolution in sight as well as they Earthquake that hit Turkiye in the ESEM Region and NW Syria, have created unfortunate circumstances that continued to create surges of people in need. Host governments and humanitarian actors, including IOM, are providing relief assistance and protection to this extremely vulnerable population living with host families and in increasingly crowded camps and settlements. The combination of an extremely large displaced population and the accelerating rate of new arrivals is posing a growing challenge to reception communities’ capacity and host government’s response mechanisms. The staff will be under the overall supervision of RMO-Budget, the SRMO and the CoM, and will be accountable and responsible for the resource management needs, budget monitoring and reporting of all ESEM region programmed project in line with IOM policies, standards, and commitments
