Marketing Project Manager (ENG GEO)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our Marketing team to lead and coordinate our real estate development projects for the Georgian market .

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and overseeing everything related to the project—from website updates and marketing materials to printed collateral and day-to-day operational tasks.

This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate our construction projects for the Georgian market
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
• Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management
• Fluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
• Previous experience coordinating digital, marketing, or cross-functional projects is a plus
