$50.50 - $75.34 Job Description

The Clinical Manager provides direct clinical supervision to assist in maintaining appropriate clinical standards with 24-hour accountability. Participates in development and management of the budget.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.

Experience

  • 5+ years of staff nurse experience with progressive clinical management skills required
  • 1+ years of demonstrated leadership skills by functioning as a resource/charge RN for at least one year is required

Certification & Licensure

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia is required

National Certification by specialty organization is required within two years of hire

BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved is required. * New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological stages of human growth and development.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills in planning, implementation, managing.
