Internal Opportunity: Shift Co-Ordinator (Endoscopy)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to step into the role of Endoscopy Shift Coordinator .

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Endoscopy nurse with strong clinical leadership skills to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our Endoscopy service while maintaining a clinical workload. You will provide shift leadership, support patient flow, coordinate staffing and resources, promote clinical excellence, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
