Distillery Crusher/Press Operator $20.03

Specific Qualifications

• The ability to start-up. operate, shut down, and conduct sanitation on the crushing, pressing, various tanks and pumping equipment.
• The ability to lift and move 80 pounds.
• Receive and draw samples from the various deliveries of raw materials upon receipt
• Be able to legibly maintain all records and reports required.
• Be able to accurately measure and transfer products.
• Be able to communicate effectively with fellow Operators, Management, and other Employees.

• Be able to read, understand and carry out basic written and oral instruction.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to keep working area clean and organized.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude, detail, punctual and have a good attendance record.
• Must be licensed and able to drive/operate various plant trucks, forklift, and loaders.
• Must have a good attitude with a cooperative relationship with co-workers and management.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to read and follow operating manuals, written instructions, and work orders.
• Must have adequate transportation to and from work.
