Core Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Lead client communications, updates, and performance recaps
- Translate brand goals into clear influencer briefs and campaign plans
- Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables
Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Source, vet, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with campaign goals
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content delivery
- Oversee content approvals, posting schedules, and brand compliance
- Hold creators accountable to timelines and quality standards
Campaign Operations
- Own influencer campaign timelines from kickoff through completion
- Track live content, usage rights, whitelisting approvals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with paid media teams on Spark Ads and scaling content
- Maintain organized influencer databases and documentation
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and track KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Deliver clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights
- Identify high-performing creators and repeatable content patterns
- Recommend data-backed optimizations to improve results
