Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Programme Assistant to join our team in Athboy, Ireland. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our program management team, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination of program activities. The successful candidate will be professional, efficient, and committed to supporting our team's success through meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to program managers and cross-functional teams

Organize and maintain program documentation, records, and filing systems

Coordinate program schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared

Manage correspondence, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders

Maintain and update program calendars, tracking deadlines and deliverables

Assist with data entry, report preparation, and program tracking activities

Support the preparation of program materials, presentations, and meeting agendas

Monitor program progress and assist in compiling status updates and performance metrics

Perform general office duties including scheduling, filing, and document management

Respond to inquiries and provide administrative assistance to team members as needed

Qualifications

  • **Required Skills and Experience:**
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or program environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
