Job Description

Support clinical operations related activities for the assigned clinical projects

Assist Clinical Operations department in accurately updating and maintaining clinical trackers that track site compliance and performance within project timelines

Assist the clinical operations team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and standard operating procedures

Assist with periodic review of study files for accuracy and completeness

Support in process improvement activities and consolidation of data

Reviewing of Essential Documents

• Designing of posters, powerpoint slides and trackers as required
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

Min Qualification: GCE A Level/ Diploma Holder

• No working experience needed as on the job training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Able to start within short notice
• Able to commit for 6 months
