Job Description

Crowley Services Dublin Limited is looking for a Plumber to perform the installation, maintenance and repair of water, sewage and drainage systems in residential, commercial and industrial properties. This is a field-based role involving inspections, routine maintenance, drainage repairs and responding to emergency call-outs.

Responsibilities

  • Examine drawings and technical specifications to determine system layout
  • Measure and cut required lengths of copper, steel, iron, aluminium and plastic piping using hand and machine tools
  • Install and maintain fittings including storage tanks, toilets, baths, taps, valves, boilers, radiators and drainage systems
  • Attach fittings and join piping by welding, soldering, cementing, fusing, screwing or other approved methods
  • Test completed installations for leaks and carry out necessary adjustments
  • Repair burst pipes, mechanical faults and replace faulty taps, washers, valves and pipe sections
  • Carry out drain inspections and clear blocked drains using jetting and vacuum equipment
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and routine maintenance requests
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ of relevant experience as a Plumber is preferred but not essential.
  • There are no formal academic requirements
  • Training will be provided if necessary
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work well within a team.
  • Salary: €36,605 per year, €18.05 per hour
  • Hours: 39 hours per week
