Receptionist

The school requires a full-time Receptionist (10.5 months). The nature of the role is to support the smooth running of the school office in order to provide information services and support across the school. Main Responsibilities: Administration Answer telephone calls courteously, distribute messages, handle enquiries and follow up Receive and greet visitors warmly and provide information and assistance Cover reception duty as and when required Assist with morning and after-school front office operations Assist in daily class attendance Coordinate with the school bus contractors Provide administrative support for relevant departments such as Senior Management Team (SMT) and Front Office Perform other duties as required Competencies and Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an asset Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Workspace and other Microsoft applications A team player who is customer-oriented, adaptive, has work integrity and with the ability to follow established expectations Possesses strong office administration skills Ability to prepare paperwork and manage digital resources and data in an organised way Pays attention to details Ability to interact respectfully with children and parents At least two years administrative and secretarial experience preferred Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
