CNA Sponsorship Program/Adult Care Assistant-PACE

This CNA Cohort is specifically designed for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Interdisciplinary Team, where participants will serve as Adult Care Assistants. The Adult Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting PACE participants by providing personal care, companionship, transportation assistance, and other supportive services under the direction of the interdisciplinary care team. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record.
