About The Role

I. Job Summary The Inside Account Manager provides day-to-day support for the Public Sector Segment Sales team by responding to assigned service requests. The Rep will also track and respond to customer service calls, billing inquires, and reporting needs; creates customer presentations, tracks bidding results and contract status, and may do special service event planning/coordination. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales Support Functions: • Portfolio Reporting ◦ Provide information and tools to support the planning and execution to increase market share. ◦ Tracks and reports market pricing data and competitive trends • Creates and runs reports to be supplied both internally and externally. • Support the development of proposals and presentations for customer/prospect meetings. ◦ Supports the development of “Go to Market” Strategies and Value Propositions. • Ensure proper revenue tracking by book of customers within WM Systems. • Monitors the contract status of customers and prospects. Customer Service Functions: • Interact with customers to ensure that they are serviced to their satisfaction. • Adjusts customer services per requests and ensure proper billing and efficient revenue collection. • Emergency Services – ensures that all steps are planned for and taken for proper response to customer emergencies Contract Management: • Develops and maintains contract database by updating status of existing contracts and any other pertinent information • Creates and maintains templates for contract reporting and guidelines for documentation (monthly, quarterly, annual) III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited) 4 years or more years previous experience (in addition to education requirements) B. Preferred Qualifications IV.
